About the Role:
At Four Seasons, we believe that exceptional hospitality extends beyond our restaurants and throughout every guest touchpoint. As an In-Room Dining Food & Beverage Attendant, you will create memorable experiences by delivering thoughtful, personalised service directly to our guests in the comfort of their rooms.
Reporting to the In-Room Dining Manager, you will play an important role in anticipating guest needs, delivering exceptional food and beverage service, and creating moments of genuine care that reflect the Four Seasons brand.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Set up and present in-room dining experiences according to Four Seasons standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and thoughtfully.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and hotel offerings.
- Ensure in-room dining equipment and service areas remain clean and organised.
- Collaborate with culinary and hotel teams to create seamless guest experiences.
What You Will Bring:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, In-Room Dining, or hospitality is preferred.
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
