Description -

工作职责：

A. 服务交付与SLA管控

A1：需要在客户端驻场，负责桌面运维服务的整体交付，确保SLA（服务级别协议）达成率满足合同要求。

A2：负责ITSM工单系统的流转监控，确保事件响应及时。

A3：负责变更管理，评估变更风险，制定回退方案，确保业务连续性。

B. 客户关系与沟通

B1：作为甲方接口人，定期汇报服务数据（周报/月报），维护良好的客情关系。

B2：负责客户投诉的处理与安抚，确保投诉关闭率满足合同要求，提升用户满意度。

B3：参与客户IT例会，承接新的服务需求，识别商机并推动内部立项。

C. 团队管理与赋能

C1：负责工程师团队的日常管理（排班、考勤、备岗），确保现场人力充足。

C2：实施工程师的绩效考核（KPI），执行奖惩机制，激发团队活力。

C3：负责核心人员的保留，制定人才梯队建设计划，控制人员流失率。

D. 资产与合规管理

D1：负责项目IT资产的全生命周期管理（入库、领用、归还、报废），确保账实相符。

D2：严格执行金融数据安全规范，监督工程师操作行为，杜绝数据泄露风险。

D3：负责机房安全巡检，排查安全隐患。

E. 项目经营与成本控制

E1：负责项目预算编制与实际成本的管控。

E2：负责人员编制规划，根据业务量变化动态调整人力，避免人力浪费。

E3：识别项目经营风险，制定应对策略，降低经营损失。

F. 数据运营与持续改进

F1：利用Excel/Power BI等工具分析运维数据（MTTR、FCR、TOP故障），输出分析报告。

F2：推动服务流程优化，引入自动化工具或AI技术，提升运维效率。

F3：建立并维护项目知识库（KB），沉淀故障处理经验，减少重复性问题。

资质需求：

1：全日制大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，持有PMP/ITIL认证，

2：5年以上桌面运维或IT服务项目经验，其中至少3年团队管理经验，有金融行业（银行/证券/基金/保险）工作经验优选。

3：熟悉Windows/macOS/UOS操作系统、AD域控管理及日常办公软件问题解决及硬件排障，能指导工程师排障。

5：熟悉TCP/IP协议、VLAN划分、路由交换基础。

6：大型会保障及日常会议管理经验，熟悉流行的会议设备（Cisco、华为等）。

7：熟练使用ITSM工具（如ServiceNow、Jira、易维、国舜等）。

8：具备数据敏感性，能使用Excel等工具进行数据分析。

9：具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能独立面对甲方汇报工作。

10：具备强烈的客户服务意识，能在压力下妥善处理客户投诉。

11：具备风险预判能力，能制定应急预案并组织演练

12：抗压能力强，能接受突发性加班及驻场工作模式。

13：具备行业信息安全意识
