## Role Purpose

Responsible for supporting, developing, implementing, and troubleshooting ERP and corporate IT applications, ensuring system performance, security, and availability. The role also manages APIs, SQL, C#/.NET, Docker, system integrations, KPIs, and automation/AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business excellence

## Role Responsibilities

• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Excellent Oracle SQL & PL/SQL experience.
• Excellent Postgres experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of ERP
• Basic knowledge of C# / .NET is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerized applications is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot applications and services run in Docker containers.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Unix /Lunix
• Basic understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts
• Basic understanding of AI APIs and integration is a plus
• Working under pressure.
• Fast learner.
• Self-dependent.
• Creation of new services.
• Automating solutions to enhance operational day to day
• Having creativity to initiate out of the box ideas targeting operational excellence

## Competencies & Qualifications

• More than 1 years’ experience in IT domain.
• Good knowledge of IT development and technologies.
• Excellent technical & Analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written mainly in English
• Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• B.SC of Computer science or Computer Engineering
• Software development background
