Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve smart manufacturing and process control solutions.
• Design and sustain SPC, FDC, APC, and Run-to-Run (R2R) control systems to reduce process variation and improve manufacturing performance.
• Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and process characterization to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop monitoring strategies, control limits, dashboards, OCAPs, and automated responses for process excursions.
• Apply machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics techniques to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Evaluate and integrate IIoT technologies, sensors, and automation solutions for manufacturing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data collection, system integration, and process control requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities using statistical and engineering methodologies.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, training materials, and best practices.
• Support network-wide deployment and standardization of process control solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, or advanced packaging technology.
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Detection & Classification (FDC), Advanced Process Control (APC), and Run-to-Run (R2R) methodologies.
• Experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science concepts.
• Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), manufacturing automation, and sensor technologies is preferred.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, R, or similar data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
