The Opportunity

Abbott Nutrition is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director, ANSC Commercial Liaison to serve as the critical link between commercial business leaders in Latin America and Canada and Abbott Nutrition Supply Chain (ANSC) Operations. In this highly visible leadership role, you will influence business growth by ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and supply chain capabilities, helping bring innovative nutrition products to market while maintaining operational excellence across a diverse regional portfolio.

As a trusted advisor to both commercial and supply chain leadership, you will drive cross-functional decision-making, lead complex initiatives, and provide strategic guidance on new product launches, capacity planning, commercialization activities, and supply strategies supporting markets throughout Latin America and Canada.

What You’ll Work On

• Serve as the primary supply chain representative to commercial leadership teams supporting Latin America and Canada.
• Partner with regional commercial leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and assess supply chain feasibility.
• Lead supply chain feasibility assessments, implementation planning, and execution activities for new product introductions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, and Legal.
• Collaborate with commercial affiliates, manufacturing sites, and third-party manufacturing partners to support growth and supply continuity across Latin America and Canada.
• Identify future capacity constraints and partner with senior leaders on strategic planning and investment decisions.

Leadership Impact

• This role serves as a key strategic partner to commercial and supply chain leadership, representing supply chain operations across Abbott Nutrition's Latin America and Canada businesses.
• The Director leads and influences numerous cross-functional teams supporting innovation initiatives, new product launches, commercial growth opportunities, and projects with revenue implications ranging from $10 million to $100 million annually.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Food Science, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, logistics, engineering, program management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain management, and commercialization processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience within nutrition, food, consumer products, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience supporting product launches in domestic and international markets.
• Experience working with Latin American and/or Canadian markets.

The base pay for this position is

$149,300.00 – $298,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
