Join a high-impact engineering team where your ideas can shape performance across a global semiconductor manufacturing network. In this role, you will lead Spares Engineering initiatives across cost, productivity, quality, and supply resilience, while owning broader strategic programs that extend beyond spares. You will combine technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and program leadership to solve complex challenges, influence stakeholders across sites and functions, and deliver scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

What You Will Lead

Spares Engineering Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Spares Engineering programs that improve equipment availability, cost efficiency, quality, productivity, and supply resilience across the network

• Serve as the network technical expert and trusted advisor to drive assigned spares categories and related programs

• Set and execute global category strategies, including lifetime extension, CCRR, alternate sourcing, consumption reduction, and other priority initiatives

• Use performance data, demand signals, and business insights to identify opportunities and convert them into prioritized, actionable roadmaps

• Challenge conventional approaches, remove systemic constraints, and champion innovative, out-of-the-box solutions that can scale across sites

• Own program governance, milestones, benefits, risks, and executive-ready reporting to ensure sustained business outcomes

Broader Strategic Program Leadership

• Lead high-impact strategic programs—within and beyond spares—that advance enterprise priorities and deliver measurable, network-wide value

• Translate business priorities into clear program charters, governance models, roadmaps, milestones, and success measures

• Influence stakeholders across functions and regions, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and accelerate decisions through data-driven insights

• Create scalable solutions, standards, and best practices that improve efficiency, agility, and performance across the global network

Global Collaboration and Execution

• Build strong partnerships across engineering, operations, planning, supply chain, suppliers, and leadership to align priorities and accelerate execution

• Engage directly with sites and suppliers, including domestic and international travel as required, to advance program outcomes

• Maintain rigorous documentation, governance, and compliance with engineering standards and best practices

Cross-Functional and Cross-Site Leadership

• Connect FE central planning, fab planning, SMAI, OCT, and other central and regional teams to build shared ownership and coordinated action

• Act as a central integration point across regions and functions, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, resources, and execution

• Lead recurring global forums and program reviews to drive accountability, share best practices, and escalate issues requiring leadership attention

External Benchmarking and Innovation

• Lead external research, technology scouting, and competitive benchmarking across spares and broader strategic programs

• Convert industry insights into differentiated strategies, pilot opportunities, and scalable improvements for the network

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent engineering training or certification
• At least three years of semiconductor industry experience, preferably in spares, process engineering, equipment engineering
• Understand and grasp Technical Engineering concepts relative to Spares
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering programs, productivity initiatives, or cross-functional improvement efforts
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations, productivity improvement, demand planning, and data-driven decision-making

• Ability to lead strategic programs in a complex, multi-site environment and translate ambiguity into structured execution

Preferred Experience

• Experience in spare-parts management, equipment engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing

• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or other structured improvement methodologies

• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Python, or equivalent data-analysis platforms

• Working knowledge of AI and Using AI experience applying digital solutions to engineering or business challenges

• Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders

• Hands-on experience leading broader strategic programs, cost transformation, MaxOut, or other network-wide improvement initiatives
