At Petra Funds Group, we help some of the world’s leading private funds operate with excellence. As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a Manager, Sales Operations to support our Business Development team in scaling best-in-class sales operations and analytics.

 

Reporting to the Director-Sales Operations, you'll support the day-to-day execution of contract operations, helping keep the pipeline of renewals, amendments, and pricing updates moving accurately and on time.

 

Responsibilities:

• Contract Drafting Support
  • Prepare initial drafts of engagement letters, supplements, and amendments from approved templates, for Sales Operations Manager review 

• Renewal Tracking
  • Manage the renewal cycle, flag upcoming dates, and assemble the background information and paperwork needed to keep renewals on schedule 

• Data & Deviation Tracking
  • Keep the client deviation database current; log where terms differ from standard and route exceptions to the Sales Operations Manager 

• DocuSign & Filing
  • Send contracts for execution, track signature status, and file executed agreements correctly 

• Cross-Team Coordination
  • Be the point of contact for routine status questions from Business Development, Fund Accounting, and Client Service 

• Process Support
  • Spot friction in the contract workflow and bring fixes to the Manager rather than just working around them 

 

Qualifications 

• 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, paralegal, contracts, or operations support role, ideally in professional or financial services
• High attention to detail. This role is the accuracy check behind the Manager's work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Salesforce, and PandaDoc or similar toolsStrong organizational skills and the judgment to know when to escalate versus handle something directly
• A learner's mindset. This is a growth path toward the Manager role, not a static admin seat 

 
 

 

Salary Range
At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
