Job Summary
The Business Analyst is required by the team to support the delivery of major enhancements and adoption of two of ITD Operations products , Management Approval System (MAS), Board Paper Library (BoardLib) in connection with integration with SovOps.Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in reviewing, designing and documenting business processes, elicit functional and non-functional requirements and, if needed, conduct quality assurance tasks in the context of the implementation of new features in MAS and BoardLib. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.
What You'll Do
Stakeholder management and communication
The primary go-to person of the team in conducting periodic learning workshops to MAS and BoardLib user communities ensuring smooth transitions and adoption through communication, training, and support
Create training materials to be used for continuous learning references
Ensure the accuracy and content of the system’s knowledgebase based on the current application feature
Conduct requirements elicitation workshop and present findings to stakeholders
Gather and analyze data from many sources to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Define business processes in consultation with business users
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
Develop and recommend solutions to address business problems and meet stakeholder needs
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course
At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis and 5 years in a senior business analysis role
5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector
7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
Familiarity with data analysis tools, business process modeling, and project management methodologies
Good understanding of ADB development process is an advant
Strong training and facilitation skills to design and deliver engaging training programs
Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall Methodology
Knowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documents
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
