Your Mission

As a Veterinary receptionist and Client Care Specialist, you’re the calm, confident first connection for pet owners when every second counts. You keep the front end of a high-volume hospital moving—fast, accurate, and compassionate.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver standout client communication in person and by phone
- Learn and apply phone triage for emergency cases
- Coordinate patient flow with triage nurses and doctors
- Capture and update patient/client details in electronic medical records and schedule appointments
- De-escalate stressed or frightened clients with empathy and clarity

Required skills/experience:
- Experience with electronic medical record systems and multi-extension phone systems
- Strong customer service mindset; innovative problem solver
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)
