Job Summary

1.Manage and oversee the preparation, procurement, and design of molds to ensure alignment with finished product specifications.
2.Plan mold repair activities to ensure sufficient availability for production needs.
3.Establish departmental goals and implement actions to achieve those targets.
4.Resolve, prevent, and improve mold quality to maximize efficiency.

Job Description:

1.Manage mold availability to ensure sufficient supply for production according to the defined plan 2.Responsible for coordinating the sourcing, development, and design of molds to support new product manufacturing 3.Supervise mold maintenance to achieve maximum efficiency. 4.Establish standard procedures for mold handling, including cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and data recording. 5.Responsible for executing and supporting activities under ISO standards, GHPs, HACCP, and other applicable management systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. 6.Responsible for process development and improvement aimed at increasing mold quality, prolonging mold lifespan, enhancing production efficiency, and minimizing production costs. 7.Production support processes such as instrument calibration and employee training
