Description
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a New Instruction Administrator to join our Business Support team and play a key role in ensuring new client instructions are processed efficiently and accurately.
As part of the File Opening Team, you'll be responsible for managing incoming instructions received via central inboxes and client portals. You'll ensure all documentation is downloaded, combined, logged accurately, and processed within agreed service levels, helping us deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

Key Accountabilities
✅ Managing and processing high volumes of incoming instructions and emails
✅ Downloading and collating documentation from client portals and databases
✅ Accurately logging all incoming work to maintain audit trails and traceability
✅ Prioritising urgent instructions and ensuring they are processed within agreed timeframes
✅ Maintaining compliance with data protection requirements and regulatory standards
✅ Supporting the wider Business Support Unit with administrative duties when required
✅ Assisting with file closures, post distribution, reception support, and other operational tasks
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
✔ 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C (or equivalent), including Maths and English
✔ Basic Microsoft Outlook experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
✔ A confident IT user with strong administrative capabilities
✔ Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
