Job requirements
Aptia is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery process for our clients, ensuring that all aspects of our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Analys and work with large amount of data and performing relevant tasks required for periodic plan management tasks and issuing member communications.
- Manage and oversee the entire delivery process, from initial client consultation to final delivery and follow-up.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all client requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Monitor project progress and provide effective and accurate reporting of key metrics
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the delivery process, working closely with clients and teams to resolve them promptly.
- Ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be working on tasks that cater for managing pension funds and communicating with various stakeholders through a combination of letters/ email channels; ensuring all aspects of a client’s queries are resolved.
Through the first 3-6 months, you will be provided adequate training and will be actively supported by your peers to help understand the ways of working.

Qualifications:
- Strong command of MS Office tools (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, Outlook). (Must have)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
- A degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
