Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to senior executives while ensuring the seamless coordination of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will manage complex executive diaries.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Oversee office administration.
- Support key business operations.
- First point of contact for executives.
- Manage correspondence.
- Coordinate events and staff engagements.
- Facilitate procurement requirements.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and team records.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Manage expense claims.
- Support compliance and training initiatives.
- Assist with a variety of operational and ad hoc projects.
- This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Office Administration.
- At least 5–7 years' experience supporting senior executives in a demanding corporate environment.
- Strong diary management, travel coordination, meeting administration, written communication and procurement knowledge.
- Office 365 proficiency are essential.
- The successful individual will be highly organised, discreet, proactive, detail-oriented and calm under pressure.
- Capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the business while managing competing priorities with confidence.
