About the Role

As an Expense Reimbursement Specialist, you will play a key role within our Finance Shared Services Center, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee expense claims in accordance with company policies and established procedures.

You will work closely with employees and stakeholders to support compliance, improve service quality, and contribute to efficient financial operations within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review employee expense claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify compliance with the Group Travel & Expense Policy and established guidelines.
  • Analyze supporting documentation and receipts to ensure validity and compliance.
  • Manage expense claim rejections and corrections, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
  • Ensure processing deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to employee expense reimbursements.
  • Participate in internal controls and compliance checks.
  • Provide professional support to employees regarding expense-related queries.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the Shared Services environment.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of expense reimbursement and expense claim processes.
  • Ability to interpret and apply internal expense policies and procedures.
  • Experience reviewing and validating expense receipts and supporting documentation.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles related to employee expenses.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in expense reimbursement processing, accounts payable, finance operations, or a similar finance support role.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Center or international environment is an advantage.

Language Requirements

  • French: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)
  • English proficiency is highly desirable due to regular interaction with Group stakeholders and international teams.
