Role overview:
The DCC Field Executive is responsible for driving adoption of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) across key merchants (“pareto” accounts) in Bogotá. This is a 100% field‑based role, requiring daily visits to merchant locations to train, promote, and support DCC usage directly at the point of sale.
What you'll do:
On‑site Merchant Training Deliver in‑person training sessions to merchant staff in Bogotá, ensuring proper understanding and execution of DCC transactions.
Field Promotion Actively promote DCC during on‑site visits, positioning it as a value‑added service for international customers and a revenue driver for merchants.
Operational Field Support Provide hands‑on assistance with POS terminals and transaction flows, coordinating with Redeban and Planet Payment teams when technical issues arise.
Performance Monitoring Track adoption metrics (acceptance rate, transaction volume, average ticket) during field visits and report findings to management.
Relationship Management Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through consistent in‑person engagement, ensuring alignment with DCC program objectives.
Who you are:
Experience in client‑facing roles within payments, financial services, or retail.
Strong communication and training skills, capable of engaging diverse merchant profiles.
Basic technical knowledge of POS terminals and payment processes.
Availability for full‑time field work in Bogotá (no office‑based duties).
Results‑oriented mindset with ability to track KPIs and report progress.
