[What the role is]
As an Organisational Excellence Manager at HDB, you will be at the forefront of driving organisational transformation and innovation initiatives. This role offers unique opportunities to shape both physical and digital workplace experiences while fostering a culture of innovation and service excellence. You will work as both a strategic thinker and hands-on implementer, collaborating across various stakeholder groups to deliver impactful change.[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in the development and enhancements of key corporate systems used board-wide to optimise service delivery and operational efficiency. This includes contributing to system improvements, supporting integration with WOG initiatives, and working with stakeholders on system enhancements. The role involves collaborating with users and technical teams to improve service delivery through data analytics and digital solutions, while supporting broader digital workplace initiatives and capability building efforts.
The role will also involve driving the implementation of Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives and supporting digital transformation efforts, where you may represent the organisation in cross-agency transformation projects and platforms.
You will also be part of a team spearheading the development and implementation of HDB's Innovation Strategy & Roadmap. This involves managing key innovation platforms, board-wide innovation recognition programmes and events, while driving engagement and capability building within the Innovation community in HDB. Additional scope may include leading workplace transformation initiatives to create modern, collaborative office environments through stakeholder engagement and change management.
You may also be required to support the Group's ICT operations, including managing WOG-ICT programme administration, budget planning, tech refresh exercises, and compatibility testing, as well as overseeing IT support services for the Group and Management.
[What we are looking for]
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated change agent with strong project management capabilities and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You should demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking, complemented by effective communication skills.
You should possess the relevant background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or in any other suitable discipline. Experience in transformation projects, process improvement, or change management would be advantageous. Knowledge of design thinking and agile methodologies is valuable, as is familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
