Chase Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Nursery Manager to join SPRIG Garden, a unique and locally owned plant nursery and garden center in San Rafael. As the Nursery Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate plant lovers, provide outstanding customer service, and manager the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service levels
• Manage day-to-day operations of the plant nursery and garden center
• Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the Nursery
• Maintain a friendly and convenient environment for customers
• Ensure quality plants and unique gift offerings are available

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in the nursery/garden/landscaping center industry with sales experience
• Passion for plants, gardening, landscaping, and home projects
• Self-motivated individual with leadership qualities
• able to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift
