Working Hours
This role operates on a shift basis, with contracted hours of 38.5 hours per week.
Production operations run between 06:00 and 22:00 Monday to Thursday, and 06:00 to 18:10 on Friday.
The standard shift patterns are:
- Front Shift: 06:00 to 14:05, Monday to Thursday; 06:00 to 12:10 on Friday
- Back Shift: 13:55 to 22:00, Monday to Thursday; 12:00 to 18:10 on Friday
- Work safely at all times, ensuring all manufacturing activities meet quality, safety and GMP standards.
- Set up, operate, change over and monitor production equipment in line with operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks and follow standard operating procedures to ensure products meet specification.
- Identify, escalate and help resolve safety, quality or operational issues to support continuous production.
- Maintain production equipment and work areas in line with asset care and housekeeping standards.
- Support and coach colleagues and agency workers to follow safe working practices and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality and reliability.
- Participate actively in shift handovers, team meetings, training activities and other day-to-day operational communications.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment in line with quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Experience working safely and complying with health and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
