Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software components to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to promote understanding and collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience with client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization within the Salesforce environment.
- Understanding of user interface design best practices and accessibility standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
