About us

Dyson is a global technology company. We solve problems others choose to ignore with pioneering technology that works better.

Our Nordic business is responsible for accelerating growth across Sweden, Norway and Denmark, bringing Dyson’s technology to more consumers through a multi-channel approach spanning retail, e-commerce and strategic partnerships.

About the role

As our Market Head, Nordics, you will lead Dyson’s commercial strategy and business performance across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Reporting to the Managing Director, Benelux-Nordics, you will have full accountability for market performance, leading the Nordic organisation whilst partnering closely with regional E-commerce, Marketing and Finance teams.

You will:

  • Define and deliver the market strategy to accelerate sustainable growth, market share and profitability across all product categories.
  • Own the Nordic P&L, driving commercial performance and ensuring delivery of revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead and develop a talented team across Sweden, Norway and Denmark, creating a culture of accountability, growth and collaboration.
  • Build and execute a multi-channel go-to-market strategy in partnership with E-commerce and Marketing teams.
  • Strengthen Dyson’s brand presence through insight-led activations that enhance consumer awareness and engagement.
  • Maximise the success of new product launches, ensuring strong execution and commercial impact across channels.
  • Build strategic relationships with key customers and lead commercial negotiations in line with regional pricing and trading frameworks.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, identifying opportunities and developing strategies that keep Dyson ahead of the competition.

About you

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Significant leadership experience gained within a consumer, retail, technology or omni-channel environment.
  • A proven track record of owning a P&L and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate plans into measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading teams within a matrix organisation and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience driving e-commerce performance and leveraging digital channels as a source of growth.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to inspire, develop and empower teams.
  • The agility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
