Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in dynamic problem-solving to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance. Your role is pivotal in identifying root causes of disruptions and implementing effective solutions to support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software and system issues effectively.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Capability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
