Overview
The Media Planner / Senior Planner supports the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns for a portfolio of luxury and premium brands within the Singapore market. Working closely with clients, internal specialists, media partners, and vendors, the role helps translate business and communication objectives into effective, locally relevant media plans.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. The individual will contribute to campaign planning, implementation, reporting, and insights generation while ensuring budgets, timelines, and deliverables are managed accurately.
Responsibilities
- Support integrated media planning across digital, social, search, programmatic, performance, and offline channels.
- Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams, media partners, and vendors.
- Manage media plans, budgets, timelines, documentation, and material deadlines.
- Working closely with media buys & billing operations
- Monitor campaign delivery and flag risks or optimization opportunities promptly.
- Prepare performance reports, competitive reviews, and post-campaign analyses.
- Turn data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and regular campaign updates.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of integrated media, performance marketing, and campaign measurement.
- Familiarity with the Singapore media landscape; luxury or premium brand experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative, curious, and willing to learn and take ownership.
