As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications.

You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and performance, contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative and reliable software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
-Experience in SAP GRC Access Control, technical support, and incident
management. Skilled in analyzing issues, troubleshooting applications, and providing timely
solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial software components.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
