About the Opportunity
The Client Partner, Enterprise-Corporate, leads strategic selling initiatives across a portfolio of large enterprise and corporate customers in Korea, including major Korean conglomerates and their subsidiaries.
The role is responsible for building and deepening senior-level customer relationships, developing strategic account plans, and maximizing revenue through the sales of all Shutterstock product offerings. The Client Partner will identify opportunities across business units and subsidiaries, drive retention and expansion, and navigate complex enterprise decision-making processes to create long-term customer value.
The Day to Day
Lead strategic selling initiatives across a defined portfolio of large enterprise and corporate customers.
Develop and deepen relationships with business leaders and senior decision-makers across multiple functions and subsidiaries.
Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s business, organizational structure, priorities, and decision-making processes.
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand Shutterstock’s footprint across business units, brands, subsidiaries, and regions.
Identify and proactively pursue upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise customers.
Own the entire sales cycle and present, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with senior stakeholders.
Manage complex accounts with multiple opportunities across different functions, with forecast and budgetary accuracy.
Navigate complex sales processes involving business stakeholders, procurement, legal, finance, and other relevant functions.
Partner with Account Managers, Product Specialists, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop tailored customer solutions and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline through proactive account planning, relationship development, and opportunity generation.
Provide market and competitive insights to inform customer strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce and provide reliable forecasts and business updates.
Travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
What you’ll bring to the Role
8+ years of experience engaging with clients in B2B enterprise sales, strategic account management, or related commercial roles.
English and Korean. Fluency and ability to conduct business in customers’ language of choice.
Proven track record of managing and growing large or strategic enterprise accounts.
Demonstrable track record of working towards and exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrated success in driving upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within existing customers.
Experience working with large Korean corporations or conglomerates and their subsidiaries is strongly preferred.
Demonstrable success in building relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across multiple functions.
Demonstrable success in leading negotiations with business, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders to drive complex deals to conclusion.
A robust understanding of enterprise organizational structures and decision-making processes.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with the ability to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
