Manutentore meccanico

Il Manutentore meccanico esegue interventi di manutenzione meccanica, a carattere preventivo o su chiamata per guasto, ed effettua attività di assistenza, al fine di assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei macchinari/impianti (serbatoi, miscelatori, confezionatrici, impianti di fine linea…) destinati alla produzione e consentire il normale svolgimento delle lavorazioni.

Attività: 

·                Effettuare diagnosi tecnica/meccanica per valutare lo stato operativo del macchinario e riconoscere le principali anomalie e cause di guasto;

·                Esegue manutenzioni complete in officina per pompe, valvole, pistoni ecc;

·                Organizzare e ottimizzare con il team di manutenzione (elettrici) le diverse fasi di lavoro;

·                Comprendere i disegni costruttivi e gli schemi pneumatici di una macchina/impianto industriale;

·                Eseguire smontaggi e revisione dei pezzi meccanici per interventi semplici e complessi, su macchine di produzione ferme;

·                Esegue presso l’officina interna di fabbrica manutenzioni o revisione complete di pompe, valvole, pistoni pneumatici;

·                Effettuare piccole operazioni di setup e taratura meccanica delle macchine/impianti industriali in fase di cambio formato o avviamento;

·                Assistere l'operatore di macchina nella messa a punto meccanica della macchina/impianto;

·                Collabora attivamente a procedure di messa fuori servizio di impianti complessi mediante procedura di de-energizzazione (Lock out tag out);

·                Aggiornare la documentazione di manutenzione meccanica dei macchinari/impianti presenti nella fabbrica;

Requisiti:

·                Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico come Perito meccanico;

·                Esperienza di circa 5 anni come tecnico/manutentore in aziende di produzione/fabbriche;

·                Conoscenza degli elementi di impiantistica industriale e linee di produzione o confezionamento

·                Comprensione di disegni costruttivi meccanici e schemi pneumatici

·                Buone abilità ad uso attrezzatura officina (trapani a colonna-fresatrici-mole)

·                Conoscenza base di saldatura a tipo elettrodo e uso tornio;

·                Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (6:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 8:00-17:00) e di sabato con rotazione con reperibilità notturna a chiamata 1 settimana al mese

·                Residenza nel raggio di 30 Km circa – automunito;

La retribuzione base prevista per questa posizione varia da 35.000,00 a 40.000,00 euro all'anno.
