On-Call Delivery Driver (Per-Delivery Pay) – Cosmic Delivery – Athens, GA
Cosmic Delivery is contracting independent delivery drivers in Athens, GA to handle restaurant and business orders. This is per-delivery work, not hourly. You choose when you're available, we route orders to you, and you keep every dollar of your tips.
Pay: $3.49 to $17.49 per completed delivery, based on order distance, plus 100% of tips

Location: Athens, GA and the surrounding delivery area
Delivery hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday
How pay works:
Every order pays based on the delivery distance our system calculates, not the route you choose to drive. Shorter runs start at $3.49. Our longest deliveries, up to a 15-mile maximum, pay $17.49. You'll see the pay before you accept. Tips are yours in full, always.
Two ways to work:
Priority On-Call
You reserve blocks of availability in advance. Drivers in reserved blocks get first offer on orders as they come in, which means more volume and less waiting.
Open On-Call
No reservation needed. You share the days and hours you're generally free, and our dispatchers reach out when orders come up in your area.
Acceptance rate:
Both options carry an 80% acceptance rate expectation on orders offered during the availability you've given us. Restaurants and customers are counting on those windows being covered, so we ask drivers to only submit availability they can realistically work. Availability is entirely yours to set. We just need it to be accurate.
Run your other apps:
We don't ask for exclusivity. Cosmic works alongside whatever else you drive for. Just keep your Cosmic availability honest.
What the work involves:
You'll pick up prepared orders from partner restaurants around Athens and deliver them to nearby customers. Orders are routed to you when they're close to ready, so your time goes to driving instead of standing around. No cold calling, no upselling, no sales.
Requirements:

- Current auto insurance

- Clean driving record
- 21 years of age or older as required in the state of Georgia for Alcohol Delivery
- Completion of a short alcohol delivery certification before your first delivery (many orders include alcohol; the training is provided at no cost to you)
