Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
- Diagnose and present individualized treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health.
- Utilize advanced digital technology to enhance diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient education.
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative professionals to provide an outstanding patient experience.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Connecticut dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.
- Experience preferred, but confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.
