The Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager leads global Talent Acquisition programs, process improvement initiatives, technology implementations, and change management activities that improve hiring effectiveness, recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience.
This role partners with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to design, implement, measure, and optimize recruiting processes, programs, and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Program and Project Management
Lead global Talent Acquisition projects from planning through implementation.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, risk mitigation plans, and executive updates
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and project teams
Track adoption, business outcomes, and project success metrics
Business Process Improvement
Analyze recruiting and hiring processes to identify efficiency, quality, automation, and scalability opportunities
Document current-state and future-state workflows, business requirements, and standard operating procedures
Recommend and implement process improvements that support global consistency and operational effectiveness
Recruiting Technology and Systems
Support implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies and integrations
Gather business requirements and translate requirements into functional specifications
Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-launch support
Evaluate automation and AI opportunities that improve recruiting outcomes
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze hiring, operational, and experience-related data
Build dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive presentations
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative analysis
Deliver recommendations based on business data
Change Management and Enablement
Develop communication, training, and adoption plans for new processes and technologies
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness activities
Monitor adoption metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Experience Enhancement
Identify opportunities to improve candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience
Support initiatives that simplify hiring processes and reduce friction across the hiring lifecycle
Measure program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and operational performance indicators
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs
Experience implementing or supporting HR, recruiting, or workforce technology solutions
Experience performing business analysis and requirements gathering
Experience driving process improvement initiatives within a complex organization
Experience developing executive-level reporting and data analysis

Minimum Qualifications
