A successful PACE Supervisor is a highly organized and results-oriented leader who excels at managing both people and processes. They can effectively lead Team Leads and Associates while maintaining operational accuracy, labor efficiency, and reporting integrity. They are comfortable analyzing data, coaching employees, resolving problems, and partnering with operational leaders to support business objectives. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Directly supervise PACE Team Leads and Associates.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues as appropriate.
Operational Administration
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative and data-entry functions.
- Monitor workflow and assign priorities to support distribution center operations.
- Review reports, labor records, attendance documentation, and operational metrics for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, record retention requirements, and data integrity standards.
- Support audits and investigations related to labor, inventory, attendance, and operational records.
Labor Planning & Reporting
- Monitor labor utilization and productivity trends.
- Generate and analyze reports to support operational decision-making.
- Partner with Operations leadership to identify staffing needs and scheduling requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to leadership.
- Support forecasting and labor planning processes.
Training & Development
- Train and develop PACE Team Leads and Associates on systems, policies, and best practices.
- Maintain training records and support employee skill development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve team capability and operational effectiveness.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between Operations, Human Resources, Safety, and other support departments.
- Communicate operational updates, priorities, and performance expectations to the team.
- Support leadership meetings through data preparation and presentation of operational metrics.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative, operational support, or data management experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and lead a high-performing team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or logistics environment.
- Experience with labor management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or workforce planning tools.
- Knowledge of reporting, scheduling, and operational performance metrics.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily sedentary work involving computer use and office administration.
- Frequent use of computer systems, phones, and office equipment.
- Occasional standing, walking, filing, and records management activities.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes of files, folders, and office materials as needed.
- Ability to operate effectively in both office and warehouse environments.
