Support Services Assistant - Supply

About the role:

 

Join our private hospital as a Support Services Assistant – Supply to play a vital behind the scenes role to maintain stock levels and to assist in the procurement of goods and services as required.

 

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join the us on a permanent part-time basis (25 hours per week).  This role will see you work closely with our clinical and support departments becoming an important link between our supply function and for the teams caring for our patients.

Things that work for us: 

• Previous experience within a Materials Management Environment 
• Experience in stocktake and stocktake processing
• Experience with invoicing systems 
• Ability to liaise with external and internal customers 
• Maintaining an efficient and effective impress to the Perioperative department
