Job Title: Intern – Real Estate Advisory (Strategic Advisory)

Duration: 3–6 months
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of feasibility studies, highest & best use analysis, and development advisory mandates
• Conduct primary and secondary market research covering demand-supply, pricing, absorption, and competitive benchmarking
• Contribute to client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategy notes
• Undertake location analysis and site assessments across asset classes (residential, office, retail, mixed-use, alternative assets)
• Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and policy trends impacting real estate markets
• Coordinate with internal teams (research, transactions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured thinking
• Working knowledge of financial analysis and valuation techniques
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Qualifications
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related disciplines
