Job Description

Do you want to build secure data solutions that support accurate reporting to Dutch and European authorities? Start your career as a DevOps Engineer at Rabobank and combine this position with our Early Career Program IT to maximise your potential!

 

You & your role

 

As DevOps Engineer, you know the secrets of building reliable data flows and secure cloud infrastructure. The applications this team works on support important reporting processes, including information for tax authorities and the deposit guarantee scheme. These applications support processes such as pre-filled tax returns and the deposit guarantee scheme.

Your work takes place behind the scenes, but its impact is clear. The data and applications must be reliable, secure and accurate. Together with experienced colleagues and another young professional, you will help the team deliver improvements, strengthen its engineering capabilities and share knowledge.

 

In short

• Develop and maintain data flows using SQL and Azure Data Factory.
• Build and improve Azure infrastructure, automated pipelines and system integrations.
• Help keep applications secure, compliant and operationally in control.

 

Practical

• Length of the Early Career Program: 18 months.
• Hours per week: 40.
• Startdate as soon as possible.

 

Your development in the Early Career Program IT.

In the Rabobank Early Career Program, you will work on your personal development for 18 months. This includes personal leadership, relevant skills, and various themes such as sustainability, as well as learning how a bank operates. In addition to personal development, you will choose one of the tracks that suits you. In these tracks, you will focus more on the technical content of your role.

You will meet fellow starters from different departments weekly, and on other days you will work within your own team or squad. Through business challenges and assignments, you will get to know a large part of Rabobank.

You & your talent

 

• You are recently graduated from a Bsc or Msc in the field of IT, Data or Finance with a strong focus on IT related topics.
• You have 0-2 years of work experience.
• You have knowledge of SQL and Azure Data Factory.
• You can work with Azure infrastructure, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and Git.
• You understand one or more of the following areas: network connectivity, integration runtimes, secure file transfer, server configuration, cloud compliance, identity and access management or operational risk.
• You are a natural team player, who can collaborate easily with different people and is willing to learn from multiple perspectives.
• You are not afraid to give your own opinion or take on subjects and tasks the team is working on.
• You work carefully and take responsibility for reliable results.
