At NN, we're looking for a People Data & System Specialist who will help us transform the way we work with people data and HR technology. You'll be responsible for improving our HR systems, driving automation, ensuring data quality and compliance, and delivering insights that support better business decisions. Working closely with both local and international stakeholders, you'll contribute to projects that shape the employee experience, enhance platforms like Workday and ServiceNow, and help bring innovative AI solutions into our HR environment. What are the tasks you will perform
HR Technology & Project Management
Collaborate on local, regional, and international projects that shape the employee experience.
Support the implementation, optimization, and adoption of key HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Nugget.
Lead and coordinate local HR technology and process improvement initiatives.
Data, Reporting & Automation
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and security of HR data while maintaining GDPR compliance.
Design reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Manage and maintain employee-related databases and continuously identify opportunities for process automation.
Actively support the development and adoption of AI-driven solutions that enhance HR services, efficiency, and decision-making.
Rewards, Compensation & Payroll
Prepare and validate data for salary review cycles and compensation processes.
Analyze compensation and workforce data to support informed business decisions.
Implement payroll-related changes in line with Czech labor law and internal policies.
HR Operations
Provide support in selected HR operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes.
What we expect from you
Experience with project management, data management, and HR systems.
Proficiency in Power Apps and other data management and reporting tools.
Native proficiency in Czech or Slovak, with strong English communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Good knowledge of GDPR principles and Czech labor law regulations.
Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) or a strong enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve HR processes and employee experience.
