Manager - MEP

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete MEP execution for commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utility services.
• Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, National Electrical Code, and Fire & Safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, project schedules, and budget monitoring reports.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.
• Ensure adherence to EHS standards and project quality requirements.
• Lead and mentor site engineers and MEP supervisors.
