Description
We are looking for a Lead Design Engineer Primary Crushing Plants in Ennigerloh.
The role offers support the complete service offering across the lifecycle of products within the Mining Industry, including: Service Line offering portfolio, tools & reporting. Assists with go to market strategy for services in collaboration with regional teams
What you will do:
• Supports the GPLM/ PLM of the PL with concept developments, expertise and clarifications during project phase.
• Contributes to the station’s product development and continuous optimization of the FLS installed basis of Primary Crushing Stations.
• Develops crushing station concepts, installation and foundation plans in 2D and 3D using Inventor and AutoCAD and compiles Bill of Materials for an ERP system during project phase in accordance with the tender/ RFQ requirement and during contract execution in accordance with the Contract..
• Communicates and coordinates technical issues with sub-suppliers and service providers.
• Leads execution of station engineering and monitors cost and schedule.
• Supports IOD and other disciplines like procurement, QS and service during contract execution, commissioning and operation of the station with expertise, technical clarifications and engineering documents.
• Supervises and manages in-house or external detail engineering.
• Supports development of Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials etc.
• Supports development of tools and services that help drive internal and external productivity
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
What you need to succeed:
advanced education and practical experience with technically complex products in the field of crushing technology.
Several years of work experience with Primary Crushing Stations and Gyratory Crushers are mandatory for the job.
Require working independently with internal and external stake-holders with general supervision.
Problems faced are difficult and typically technically complex with the need for interdisciplinary understanding.
Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
