  • Document and maintain clear operating procedures, playbooks, and workflows for the LDR organization.

Tools, Systems & Data

  • Deliver actionable insights to LDR leadership on trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support forecasting and capacity planning through data analysis.

Enablement & Support

  • Act as the day‑to‑day operational point of contact for LDRs and managers.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement from a tools and process perspective.
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices through training and change management.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Marketing to align on lead definitions, campaign performance, and feedback loops.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to LDR leadership on operational strategy and scaling.

Success Metrics

  • Improved LDR productivity and activity efficiency
  • SLAs and lead follow‑up compliance
  • Data accuracy and CRM adoption
  • Conversion rates from lead to qualified opportunity

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or LDR/SDR Operations roles, global or regional
  • Strong hands‑on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach) and B2B Sales Intelligence platforms (e.g. Zoominfo, Lusha)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required; experience complementing Excel with BI tools (e.g., Salesforce reports, Power BI) preferred
  • Proven ability to build reporting, dashboards, and operational insights
  • Strong process design, problem‑solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on familiarity with automation and workflow tools (e.g., CRM workflows, marketing automation, or integration tools) to automate lead routing, pipeline management, reporting, and operational processes
  • Passion for exploring AI trends and a drive to leverage AI tools to optimize processes

Leadership Competencies

  • Highly organized and execution‑focused
  • Data‑driven, with strong business judgment
