Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations)
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of CCH Tagetik EPM solutions (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, Reporting).
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical system configurations.
- Configure and maintain data models, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and forms within Tagetik.
- Perform day-to-day application administration, including user management, security setup, metadata maintenance, and system monitoring.
- Support data integration activities from source systems such as ERP, Excel, or databases using Tagetik ETL tools or flat files.
- Assist in building and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packs.
- Participate in system testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
- Provide functional support to finance users during planning cycles, month-end close, and forecast updates.
- Prepare system documentation and assist in conducting user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate with internal IT, finance, and external consultants for enhancements and support activities.
- Collaborate with our Group and Operating companies to continuously maintain the current state and proactively suggest improvements
- Proactively look for optimisations and process efficiencies across the group and Opcos.
- Work closely with Group Finance business and Operating companies Finance teams in driving change, adoption and resolving operational requests and issues
- Be the global subject matter expert of Finance solutions and all configuration/customisation across the suite.
- Work with partner organisations, vendors and service integrators to deliver the finance initiatives.
Experience :
- 2–3 years of experience working on CCH Tagetik/EPM implementation or post-go-live change request phase.
- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
Hands-on experience in:
- Tagetik/EPM application configuration.
- AIH Configuration.
- Metadata & dimension management.
- Business rules/calculations
- Data forms and workflows
- Security and user administration.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data integration concepts (ETL, flat files, ERP feeds).
