Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and top-notch customer satisfaction within your assigned region (Nicosia)
Key responsibilities:
🔧 Installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment
🔧 Site preparation, cable installation, and equipment staging
🔧 Responding to customer concerns and escalating when needed
Basic qualifications:
🔹 Technical Diploma or equivalent
🔹 Up to one year of related experience
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
🔹 Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
Preferred qualifications:
🔹 Associate’s degree or higher
🔹 Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment
🔹 CCNA certification is a plus
🔹 Technical background in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
Training will be provided at the NCR Facility to enhance your skills
