What can you expect:
As a Specialist — Accounting Operations, you will be a key contributor to the accounting function, delivering trusted and timely transactional accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close support. You will own routine accounting processes, ensure the integrity of financial records, and collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations to resolve issues and improve controls. Over time you will become an expert in the team’s accounting systems and operational trackers, drive standardization of processes, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and best practices.

We will count on you to:
- Prepared and reviewed journal entries related to accruals, payroll related journals , cost reallocations, amortization, and other accounting transactions.
- Performed balance sheet reconciliations and resolved outstanding reconciling items in a timely manner.
- Supported month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities while ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines.
- Assisted in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintained accuracy and completeness of accounting records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Managed large volumes of financial data using MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensured operational trackers and reporting requirements were completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Identified process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Provided support for audits and financial reporting requirements.
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts if needed.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliations and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of financial data accurately.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Be open for new challenges and willing to undertake additional responsibilities
