Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die rechte Hand unseres COO/CFO und die Schnittstelle zwischen Finance, Legal, People und dem Rest des Unternehmens. Wo Themen zwischen Bereichen liegen bleiben, greifst du sie ab und bringst sie zu Ende.

• Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen COO/CFO und den Fachbereichen: Du übersetzt Entscheidungen in Aufgaben, verfolgst offene Punkte nach und sorgst dafür, dass nichts zwischen zwei Zuständigkeiten verschwindet.
• Du bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf, die in Leitungsrunden landen: Analysen, Wettbewerbsvergleiche, Marktdaten 
• Du ownst eigene Projekte end-to-end, quer durch Finance, Legal und People — und führst sie über die erste Hürde hinaus.
• Du automatisierst und verbesserst Prozesse, die heute manuell und umständlich laufen. 
• Du bereitest Meetings mit Gesellschaftern, Beirat und externen Partnern vor und hältst Ergebnisse und nächste Schritte nach.
• Du bringst eigene Ideen ein — auch ungefragt. Wir suchen keine ausführende Hand, sondern jemanden, der über den Tellerrand denkt und Dinge anstößt.

Dein Profil

• Du befindest dich idealerweise im Masterstudium — BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik 
• Du bringst erste einschlägige Praxiserfahrung mit: Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit in Beratung, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, einem Startup oder einer vergleichbaren Umgebung.
• Du arbeitest sauber in Excel und baust Unterlagen, die man ohne mündliche Erklärung versteht. Viel wichtiger ist, dass du AI & KI-Tools in und auswendig beherrscht und stets am Puls der Zeit bist. 
• Du bringst echten Startup-Drive mit: Du willst bauen, nicht verwalten, und du wirst schneller, wenn es eng wird, statt langsamer.
• Du denkst über den Tellerrand — du siehst das Problem hinter der Aufgabe und schlägst eine Lösung vor, nach der niemand gefragt hat.
• Du gehst mit vertraulichen Informationen souverän um. 
• Du hältst Termine — und meldest dich früh, wenn du sie nicht hältst.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch.
• 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche, mindestens für zwei Semester.
  

Ein Pluspunkt, kein Muss: Erfahrung im Aufbau von Finanz- oder Reportingmodellen. Engagement in einer Gründungs- oder Investmentinitiative an deiner Hochschule.
