Job Title: AI Creative Specialist
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic & AI Design Specialist to spearhead creative asset production across our global web, email, and product marketing channels. Positioned at the intersection of visual artistry and technological automation, this role is equal parts Creative Director and Systems Architect. Based in Dubai, you will not just execute high-quality design; you will build the generative AI workflows and scalable design systems that power our brand across multiple international markets. Key Responsibilities:
- High-Velocity Asset Production:
- Global Campaigns: Own the end-to-end creation of high-converting web banners, product visuals, promotional graphics, and dynamic campaign assets.
- Scalable Architecture: Build modular, localized, and reusable creative frameworks that allow our brand to scale across international markets with rapid turnaround times.
- AI Workflow Architecture:
- Build Production Pipelines: Engineer and manage AI-assisted workflows to generate complex background compositions, product scenes, and marketing imagery at scale.
- Frictionless Integration: Blend advanced AI-generated assets with traditional Adobe Creative Suite master workflows.
- Localization Systems: Develop "universal" visual assets and multi-lingual-ready modular templates to bypass translation friction.
- UI/UX & Developer Collaboration:
- Bridge Design & Code: Partner with front-end developers and AI engineering teams to deploy modern web UI/UX updates.
- Component Design: Deliver high-fidelity desktop/mobile layouts and maintain comprehensive web design systems in Figma.
- Technical Hand-offs: Translate creative vision into structured, hyper-clear Jira/ClickUp tickets and asset hand-offs.
- Conversion-Driven Email:
- CRM Partnership: Work with the CRM team to deliver high-performance visual assets for seasonal promotions and automated email flows.
- Creative Leadership:
- Mentor & Standardize: Guide junior designers, establishing clear workflow benchmarks and quality control for AI-assisted outputs.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years of digital graphic design experience in fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce or commercial environments.
- Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- AI-Native Workflow: Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Firefly) into a commercial production pipeline.
- Systems Thinking: Deep understanding of responsive web design, component-driven UI, and design-to-development hand-off protocols.
Desirable (Nice to Have):
- Automation: Experience with programmatic asset generation or automated AI agent workflows.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Print-on-Demand (POD), personalisation, or high-volume digital consumer brands.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing or mentoring junior design talent.
