As an Autism Support Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support while helping pupils access an adapted National Curriculum.

The Autism Support Assistant must confidently use visual resources, structured routines and positive behaviour strategies.

Successful Autism Support Assistant candidates will be patient, proactive and comfortable supporting children with complex needs.
