Join the Phat Panda cultivation team and grow premium cannabis in our outdoor fields and greenhouses. No cannabis experience required—we provide training.

Location: Clayton, WA
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Work outdoors and in greenhouse environments throughout the growing season

• Plant, prune, water, and harvest cannabis

• Monitor plant health and assist with crop maintenance

• Maintain clean, organized grow areas

• Support daily cultivation tasks and seasonal projects

Requirements

• 21+ years old

• Comfortable working in outdoor elements and varying weather conditions

• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable with weekend availability

• No cannabis experience required
