A Facilities Management Company, is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join its team.
The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing initiatives that enhance the organization's online presence, increase audience engagement, generate leads, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Create and execute digital campaigns across relevant online platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Content Development and Management
- Create, coordinate, and manage engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external service providers to produce marketing materials.
Social Media Management
- Manage the organization's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Develop initiatives to increase audience reach, engagement, and community interaction.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend opportunities for growth and visibility.
- Respond to online inquiries and support reputation management efforts where required.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
- Monitor website performance and recommend technical and content improvements.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing channels.
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, audience growth, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
- Use insights from analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related areas.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
