Description
Our client is a 5* International Chain Boutique Resort with +/- 50 Villas and several F&B Outlets.
Candidate should be strong in Italian / Mediterranean cuisine with some good knowledge of Asian fusion.
This role will be reporting directly to Group Executive Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Experience in Indonesia is a must
• People friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Comfortable engaging with guests, presenting tasting menus, etc
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Good English both spoken and written
• Good in food cost and stock control
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
• Readiness and ability to initiate action
• Mature, professional outlook
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good administration skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Quality orientated
• Strong people skills and strong motivator
• Innovative and passionate about training
• Flexible working hours
