Hours
Monday - Friday, dayshift.
Overview
What makes the Dedicated Care Center unique? We are Sentara’s only internal medicine concierge practice. We pride ourselves in being able to dedicate more time to spend with our patients by having smaller panel sizes. We offer weekday office hours (which means no weekends), potential for staff to earn monthly incentives and each staff member has their own personal office!
As a Patient Service Coordinator with the DCC, you build relationships with patients, physicians and co-workers by providing "world class" service and would be the first point of contact/ ambassador for concierge patients. Utilize sales skills to retain patients within the practice. Maintain superior patient-provider relationships with the highest quality of care coordination and provide service that ensures patients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Continuously work to improve quality efficiency & service in all areas of practice with attention to balancing health related and financial conversations to keep copays and membership fees up to date. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.
