Job Description

We are hiring a Global Account Manager to join Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, to help deliver impactful, data-led media solutions for a leading global technology company. This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the heart of a global client transformation, shaping campaigns that connect creativity, technology and measurable results. You’ll collaborate with international teams and play a key role in delivering work that drives growth and innovation. Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support the delivery and growth of the account across EMEA
  • Build trusted relationships with client teams and internal specialists, acting as a key day-to-day contact
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of multi-market media campaigns, ensuring quality, timing and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex workstreams
  • Collaborate with planning teams and channel experts to develop integrated, audience-led media strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and innovation across campaigns and markets
  • Support financial processes including budget tracking, reporting and forecasting to ensure commercial accuracy

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client services or a media/marketing environment
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present to and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to a high standard in a structured way
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working across cross-functional or international teams
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to question and shape ideas constructively
  • Commercial awareness, including exposure to budgets, reporting or financial tracking
  • Curiosity, organisation and a proactive approach to solving challenges and driving outcomes
