What the role is:
Part of the Corporate Group in IMDA, the Incentive Management and Governance.
Driver of transformation and digitalisation of grant governance and operations by working with various business units in IMDA to support grant management system to enable efficient and effective grant governance and compliance of grant operational processes in IMDA.
Supporter of other digitalisation and transformation efforts by IMG to improve efficiency and effectiveness in grant governance.
[What you will be working on]
What you will be working on:
Reporting to the Systems Team Lead, you will support the grant management systems used by IMDA and our grant applicants across the following areas:
Level 1 System Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Level 1 support to manage reported issues/requests from users, coordinating the team to ensure timely issue resolution and escalation reporting to management.
- Troubleshoot reported system issues by working closely with the vendors.
- Participate in bug fix and enhancement verification sessions, and provide assessments for data patches, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Change Management & User Engagement
- Organise briefings and onboarding sessions for IMDA officers and Grantees.
- Manage Grantee complaint communications and liaise with IMDA Contact Centre.
- Conduct user satisfaction surveys and analyse feedback.
- Review and maintain user guides, enhancement documentation, and self-learning materials.
- Provide general administrative support including event logistics and other operational tasks as required.
[What we are looking for]
What we are looking for:
- Diploma holder or Computer Science/Engineering degree holder with at least 5 - 8 years of working experience. Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, those with experience managing projects using agile methodology will be an advantage.
- Possess strong planning, prioritizing and organisational abilities to take on leadership role to oversee multiple projects.
- Possesses the drive to deliver operational excellence with the ability to think and work proactively to address operational issues/challenges and propose solutions to problems.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills stakeholder management skills to lead cross functional teams for collaboration.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is self-motivated with growth mindset and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
