GC Real Estate Partners is looking for an outgoing, creative, and motivated Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to join our onsite team at Station 955 and Metro Crossing!
This position is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys creating engaging marketing content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play an important role in attracting new residents, showcasing our communities, and helping us achieve our leasing goals.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to leasing inquiries and consistently follow up with prospective residents.
- Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
- Process rental applications, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
- Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and promotional materials.
- Maintain online listings, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Research local rental market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing incentives.
- Track leasing activity, leads, tours, and conversion rates.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and community events.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with others.
- Creative with an interest in social media and marketing.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong customer service skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred, but not required.
