In this role, you will be working as a Superintendent/Field Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for working onsite during the installation phase of projects.
This is a contract to hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role will be worked at a project site in Laurens, SC.
- 10+ years construction experience
- Bachelors preferred
- Mechanical or MEP knowledge
- Responsible for overseeing the installation of projects from start to finish.
- Able to be the point of contact with the client during project
- Understand project safety requirements, project schedules, interface with subcontractors and handle all project change orders.
- Ability to record and update daily progress of the project.
- Heavy documentation experience
- Attend project meetings
- Strong MS office experience - able to work in Outlook, Word, Excel etc..
- Experience with ground up projects
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience
- Heavy travel to project sites
